Hurakia Lodge
Hurakia Lodge will impress your guests and deliver a unique and memorable wedding day so close to home and yet it feels like a world away.

Auckland Museum
Dawsons can help you to orchestrate a truly memorable event at the Auckland Museum, an iconic New Zealand venue. We’ve catered for wonderfully successful weddings, gala dinners, cocktail functions, intimate family occasions and boutique conferences. Each of the spaces available has a unique ambiance – talk to us about which would be best for your occasion.
Bishop Selwyn Church
The Bishop Selwyn Chapel is the newest venue to Holy Trinity Cathedral. The glass-walled chapel, designed by Auckland architects, Fearon Hay, overlooks the Trinity Gardens and the Selwyn Oaks.
It boasts a spectacular view of Maungakiekie/One Tree Hill. Hidden from public view, the Bishop Selwyn Chapel lends a sense of privacy whilst retaining the sense of grandeur of the Cathedral in a modern setting.
St Matthews Church in the City
With a central city location on Hobson Street, the beautiful white stone Church with its classic architecture, atmosphere and spirituality will be sure to add a unique quality to your event.
The Cloud
The Cloud is an undulating structure on the western edge of Queens Wharf. At almost 180m long, The Cloud can accommodate up to 5,000 people. Its' ground floor area can be split into four segments, which allows the building to cater for a range of showcase and festival events occurring at the same time. The mezzanine space at the northern end of The Cloud is ideal for VIP hosting, Weddings and any other social or corporate occasion.
Shed 10
Shed 10 is a beautifully renovated cargo shed on Queens Wharf is full of character and historical significance. As an important landmark in Auckland’s early maritime heritage, it is now an events space suitable for up to 3000 people. The venue is ideal for product launches, exhibitions, festival events and markets and gala dinners.
Orams Marine Village
The Orams Conference Centre is a unique venue offering a range of options for private and corporate functions, conferences, seminars and weddings. This venue is able to cater for functions of all sizes from intimate dinner parties up to full scale events.
The unique over the water location in downtown Auckland has stunning views of both Westhaven Marina and the Auckland Harbour Bridge. The centre is easily accessible by both car and boat with close proximity to the motorways and our own private marina.
Highwic
Invite your guests to enjoy for themselves the elegance and charm of this Victorian gem. With attractive grounds spacious enough for a large marquee, and plenty of on-site parking, Highwic is suitable for a wide range of functions including corporate dinners, cocktail parties and wedding receptions.
Highwic's spaces are both versatile and flexible, offering opportunities for both small and large groups. The ballroom provides the perfect setting for pre-dinner drinks, and the Billiards House will seat 60 for dinner. Both rooms also work well as meeting or seminar rooms.
Alberton
Alberton is one of Auckland's most popular heritage venues for garden weddings. It is ideal for corporate cocktail parties, outdoor concerts, birthday parties, wedding anniversaries and as a meetings venue. Alberton caters for a wide range of activities from six people in a formal dining room or meeting setting, to a picnic venue for 350 in the garden.
Marquees
