Dawsons Catering was started by Grahame Dawson in 1994. He is one of New Zealand's most experienced and highly regarded chefs with over 25 years experience in the hospitality industry.

Grahame’s creative streak and clean eye for design, coupled with his impeccable attention to detail has seen Dawsons Catering become one of Auckland’s great party designers.

This design ability and extensive culinary background has combined and provided the success formula for ‘Dawsons’.

Dawsons Catering was founded on principles of outstanding service, fabulous presentation and quality product.

Alex Ross joined Grahame in 1997 to assist with the ever increasing demands of Dawsons Catering. Together they have built a small home-grown catering company into a modern day, multi million dollar business.
